Trail is well maintained and only rises a few hundred feet in elevation in a roller coaster course. Starts in open fields then flows through thick forests in the narrows. Highest elev. 7792, lowest 7536, total climb 1412.
Take Route 40 East from Heber City. Turn right at Strawberry Bay, go 14 miles to Renegade Point, park at boat launch. Trail is marked "Strawberry Narrows Trail #304". This is a day use fee area.
